Returns and exchanges policy

HOW MUCH TIME DO I HAVE TO THINK ABOUT IT?

We are sure that when you receive our products, you are going to love them and you'll never leave them behind. However, if for some reason you are not satisfied or you change your mind, you have 15 days to do so.

HOW DO I PROCEED?

All you need to do is send an email to hola@pepitaviajera.com, and tell us the reason why you want to return the product and we will help you with everything. The original packaging will need to be in perfect condition and the product must not have been used.

WHO COVERS THE COSTS?

If you've just reconsidered and regret having bought the product, you will have to cover the return costs.

But if the product comes defective or for any other reason attributable to Pepita the Traveler, we will pay for the return costs.

EXCEPTIONS?

We hope you will understand that we cannot accept the return of products in good condition.

WHEN/HOW IS THE REIMBURSEMENT DONE?

Once we receive the package and check its condition, we will proceed with the reimbursement. The return costs will be covered as mentioned above. If Pepita the Traveler is responsible, it will pay the costs. If not, we will not cover these costs.
If you are making a partial return, only the returned products will be reimbursed.
