These General Conditions govern the purchase of products offered on the website www.pepitaviajera.com, owned by Last Road SL (hereinafter Pepita Viajera).

The acquisition of any of the products implies the full and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of the General Conditions indicated, without prejudice to the acceptance of the Special Conditions that may be applicable when acquiring certain products.

These General Conditions may be modified without prior notice, therefore, it is advisable to read their contents carefully before proceeding with the purchase of any of the products offered.

All notifications and communications between users and Pepita Viajera will be considered effective, for all purposes, when made through any of the means detailed above.


The products offered, together with their main characteristics and price, are displayed on the screen.

Pepita Viajera reserves the right to decide, at any time, the products and / or services offered to customers. Thus, Pepita Viajera may, at any time, add new products and/or services to those currently offered. Also Pepita Viajera reserves the right to withdraw or cease to offer, at any time, and without notice, any of the products offered.

All this without prejudice to the acquisition of any of the products can only be done through subscription or registration of the USER, granting by Pepita Viajera to the person concerned a username and password, which will identify and enable you personally to access the products.

Pepita Viajera intends to guarantee the availability of all products that are advertised through www.pepitaviajera.com. However, in the event that any product ordered is not available or if the product is out of stock, the customer will be informed by e-mail as soon as the product becomes available. as soon as possible.

If the product is not available, and having been informed of this the consumer, Pepita Viajera may provide a product of similar characteristics without price increase, in which case, the consumer may accept or reject it by exercising their right of withdrawal and termination of the contract.

In case of unavailability of all or part of the order, and the rejection of the replacement products by the customer, the refund previously paid will be made in the same way in which the payment was made.

If Pepita Viajera is unjustifiably delayed in returning the amounts paid, the consumer may claim double the amount owed.


To make any purchase at www.pepitaviajera.com, the customer must be of legal age.

In addition, it will be necessary for the customer to register at www.pepitaviajera.com through a data collection form in which Pepita Viajera is provided with the necessary information for the contract; data that in any case will be truthful, accurate and complete about his identity and that the customer must expressly consent by accepting the privacy policy of Pepita Viajera.

It is also recommended that the customer prints and/or keeps a copy of the terms and conditions of sale on a durable medium when placing the order, as well as the receipt sent by Pepita Viajera by e-mail.



The order will be delivered to the address designated by the customer at the time of contracting according to the chosen method.

The scope of delivery includes the following areas: mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.

If the order is not delivered because the agency fails to contact the customer, Last Road S.L. will reimburse the customer the amount of the products minus the shipping costs (both shipping and return).

The maximum delivery time is 1-3 days.

If the order is over 50 € the shipping cost will be free Shipping to the entire peninsula 4.10 € shipping to Palma de Mallorca 9.75 € shipping to Ibiza or Menorca 13.15 € Formentera will have an additional cost of 8 €. Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are not available at the moment.


The prices of the products listed on www.pepitaviajera.com will be expressed in Euros unless otherwise stated and will be guaranteed during the time of validity of the same, except for printing errors and whatever the destination of the order.


The final prices of all products (and if applicable, the final prices per unit of measure, when required) together with their characteristics, offers, discounts, etc., are reflected in each of the articles that appear in the www.pepitaviajera.com catalog.

  • VAT is included in the price of the products.

  • The VAT rate is 21%.

  • Shipping costs: If the order is over 50 € the shipping cost will be free Shipping to the whole peninsula 4.10 € shipping to Palma de Mallorca 9.75 € shipping to Ibiza or Menorca 13.15 €.

  • Other additional costs: Formentera will have an additional cost of 8 €. Shipping to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla not available at the moment.

Product prices are subject to change at any time. In this case, the price to be applied will be the price in effect on the date the order was placed. In any case, the final cost will be communicated to the customer in the electronic purchase process before the customer formalizes his acceptance.

According to the regulations, the consumer and user shall have the right to WITHDRAW from the contract for a maximum period of 14 calendar days without stating the reason and without incurring any cost, except those provided for in art. 107.2 and 108 of RD1/2007, of November 16, which approves the text referred to in the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.

This right of withdrawal does not apply to, among others:

  • Provision of services already performed or started.

  • Contracts for the supply of goods whose price is subject to fluctuations of financial market coefficients that the entrepreneur cannot control.

  • Contracts for the supply of products made to the specifications of the consumer and user or, clearly personalized, or which by their nature cannot be returned or are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

  • Supply of sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons.

  • Supply of goods that after delivery have been mixed with other goods.


The customer will have a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of the good or product ordered to inform Pepita Viajera about his desire to withdraw from the contract.

The withdrawal implies that Pepita Viajera will proceed to refund the amount already paid by the customer within a maximum period of 14 calendar days, following the same procedure chosen by the customer for payment (provided that the product purchased is not within the exceptions listed above).

During this period, the consumer will communicate to the entrepreneur his decision to withdraw from the contract by filling out the form at the end of this document and sending it to the email address of Pepita Viajera.

Pepita Viajera will communicate to the consumer on a durable medium an acknowledgement of receipt of the withdrawal.

To proceed with the return of a product it is essential that it is in perfect condition and with its original packaging, with all its accessories and without having been used.

Once we receive your request, we will contact you with the details of the return.

The customer shall bear the costs of returning the goods.


Products purchased through www.pepitaviajera.com enjoy a warranty period of 1 year from the time of purchase, covering possible manufacturing defects of the product, as well as any failure during that period.

Excluded from warranty are consumable products, deficiencies caused by improper use or manipulation, connection to the mains other than that indicated, incorrect installation or defects resulting from any external cause.

For products of a durable nature, the consumer shall be entitled to an adequate technical service and the existence of spare parts for a minimum of 5 years from the date on which the product ceases to be manufactured, without being able to increase the price of the spare parts when applying them in repairs.

To avoid problems with the installation or operation of the purchased product, make sure that you have followed the installation and operating instructions contained in the user manuals.


The consumer and user has the right to the repair of the product, its replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract, according to the provisions of Chapter II Tit. IV Book II of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.

If the product is not in conformity with the contract, the consumer may choose between repair or replacement of the product, both free of charge for the consumer, which will be carried out within a reasonable period of time depending on the nature of the products and the purpose for which they were intended.

If, once the repair has been completed and the product has been delivered, it is still not in conformity with the contract, the consumer may demand its replacement, a price reduction or the termination of the contract.

The present conditions shall be governed by the Spanish legislation in force.
